We have strong background and long experience with fortune 500 companies on how to apply analytics or decision science in drawing business solutions. We understand the best analyst isn't just the one with PhD or Masters of hard science subject i.e. Mathematics, Statistics, Physics but the best analyst is the one who can apply analytic technique to solve real problems and be able to "story tell" the findings in non technical language to business stakeholders. We train both domestic (USA) and Overseas candidates. We have had a lot of success with Overseas candidates who are looking to join USA firms on-shore or off-shore as well as those who are looking to implement analytic framework in their current roles.

We are selective to those who we train so we can ensure your success in your future career. Our goal is to provide you with tools to guide you to success. Our training includes providing you access to real data located in our database server where analytic softwares are also installed. With access to the data, we recommend you continue to practice and approach our instructors with questions.

Our Approach

We offer online and offline training, however, we recommend offline for those who have limited or no background with analytic in order to ensure you develop skills set required to be a good analyst or data scientist. After training completion, you will have the option of signing up with our staffing service to assist you will job placement or you will opt out from this service and proceed on your own with career advancement. We have network of clients looking for analyst and data scientist, therefore, we have good chance to help you with job placement. After complete training, we will also provide you access to our data for practicing for 3 month after training.

You are required to meet at least one
requirement below to join our training

  • Bachelor degree in science or mathematics related program i.e. Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, IT, Economics, Finance or other related studies from accredited institution
  • Graduate degree in any subject (MS, PhD, MBA) from accredited institution
  • Some programming background
  • Work experience with analyst role or role required dealing with numbers or critical thinking

Below are the steps to join our training

  • Send email to info@macrolytic.com explaining your background and your goal
  • Macrolytic instructor or staff will reach out to you to discuss your background and training recommendation
  • You will sign up for the course and fees will be due 3 weeks prior to taking the course
  • You will receive email with access to training materials and access to real data
  • Attend training onsite or online based on the module
  • After training you can sign-up for job placement

Our training is more on the application and less on theory, therefore, we provide more hands-on type of training and our modules are designed in that format.
